Welcome to Creative Home Style Work! By requesting a quote, booking our team, purchasing services, or allowing work to proceed at your property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms help establish clear expectations, fair procedures, and a professional experience for every client.

1. Estimates & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information available during consultation, measurements, photographs, or site inspection. Unless otherwise stated, estimates remain valid for 30 days. Prices may be revised after expiration due to supplier increases, labor costs, revised scope, permit requirements, or market changes.

2. Acceptance Of Work

No project is considered scheduled until the customer approves the estimate and any required deposit is received. Verbal discussions do not guarantee pricing, timelines, or reserved calendar dates. Creative Home Style Work reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside service limits or safety standards.

3. Deposits & Progress Payments

Deposits may be requested to secure scheduling, order materials, reserve specialty equipment, or begin planning. Larger projects may include staged progress payments tied to milestones. Final balances are due upon substantial completion unless a different written arrangement exists.

4. Scope Of Services

Only tasks specifically listed in the written estimate are included in the agreed price. Additional repairs, hidden damage, upgrades, disposal requests, code corrections, or customer changes may require a separate approval and additional charges before proceeding.

5. Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including entrances, work zones, electricity, water, and parking when available. Pets should be secured, and valuables or fragile belongings should be moved from the work area prior to arrival.

6. Scheduling & Delays

Estimated dates are planning targets and not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may occur due to weather, supply shortages, permit reviews, traffic, emergencies, illness, concealed site conditions, or customer-requested modifications. We will communicate schedule updates whenever practical.

7. Materials & Customer Supplied Items

Creative Home Style Work may substitute comparable materials when selected products become unavailable. Customer-provided materials, fixtures, or appliances are installed at the customer’s risk regarding defects, missing parts, incompatibility, warranty restrictions, or delays caused by replacements.

8. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our physical labor for the workmanship period stated in your agreement. This guarantee excludes misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, lack of maintenance, natural wear, or failures covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

9. Existing Conditions

Creative Home Style Work is not responsible for concealed issues that were not visible before work began, including hidden leaks, mold, outdated wiring, structural weakness, pest damage, or prior non-compliant construction. If discovered, solutions and revised costs will be discussed before continuing.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Confirmed bookings cancelled after acceptance may be subject to charges for planning time, ordered materials, special equipment reservations, or labor blocked from the schedule. Refund amounts depend on project status and unrecoverable costs already incurred.

11. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creative Home Style Work’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant contracted services. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays beyond our control, lost income, or third-party actions after project completion.

12. Changes To Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, pricing, legal, or service changes. Continued use of our website or services after updates signifies acceptance of the most recent version.
